Heang Ly

Director, Consulting and Training

Heang Ly is rooted in the field of youth development, group dynamics and systems, diversity, equity, and inclusion, conflict resolution, and nonprofit management. Heang spent 13 years at the Center for Teen Empowerment providing direct service in youth organizing, advocacy, and community development issues. While at the organization, she also provided consulting services and technical assistance to nonprofits, schools, and cities.
