Joel Singh

Property Maintenance Manager

Joel joined the Property Services team at TSNE in 2024. He has kept himself busy from a very young age with trying to figure out how things worked. He can remember some childhood memories of destroying a few different toys to build one massive creation from bits and pieces. His father was a machine operator and a mechanical engineer, and he would always be his right-hand guy, helping him fix problems at home or when he would bring him along for work, repairing large pieces of machinery used to run the old Hostess bakery in Natick. When he got older, Joel’s uncle who owned his own commercial HVAC company would take him every weekend to help with repairs on large commercial HVAC units/broilers. Joel has been doing property management and maintenance for about 10 years now, handling the smallest jobs such as lightbulbs to a full building renovation.
