Massachusetts Healthy Aging Collaborative

The Massachusetts Healthy Aging Collaborative (MHAC) is a statewide, cross-sector network of partners dedicated to supporting and connecting communities to promote inclusive age and dementia-friendly practices, plans, and policies. Funded by Point32Health Foundation, MHAC promotes data, resources and technical assistance to help communities develop and achieve locally-informed goals. MHAC is a key partner for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in implementing the ReiMAgine Aging 2030 plan – the statewide age- and dementia friendly initiative – along with municipal and regional approaches that cover 280 cities and towns. Through tools like the Healthy Aging Data Report and Community Profiles, MHAC helps place an aging lens on policy and planning to help make Massachusetts a great place to grow up and grow older.
