Nonprofit Partner Organizations Awarded Transformational Grants from Yield Giving

We are excited to amplify the recent announcement of the Yield Giving Open Call grants awarded to two of our esteemed partner organizations, Collective Power for Reproductive Justice and Detroit People’s Platform. From a pool of over 6,000 applicants, each of the grantees was chosen for their “outstanding work advancing the voices and opportunities of individuals and families of meager or modest means, and groups who have met with discrimination and other systemic obstacles.” This unrestricted funding stands as a testament to the impactful work being done by these organizations and their important missions.

Collective Power for Reproductive Justice

Collective Power for Reproductive Justice inspires, educates, and supports new activists and leadership to create a world in which reproductive health, rights, and justice are embedded in our collective liberation.

“This gift will sustain our audacious, bold work fighting outrageous restrictions on bodily autonomy.” — Mia Kim Sullivan, Executive Director, Collective Power for Reproductive Justice

Detroit People’s Platform

The Detroit People’s Platform (DPP) is building a Detroit where race and the priorities of Majority Black Detroit are centered. Their work advances racial and economic justice in the nation’s largest Black-majority city by organizing with community residents and community leaders to build grassroots power and transform systems and structures that make real the vision for a more racially just Detroit.

“This gift is meaningful because the process was peer-reviewed and based upon the strength and dedication of our staff, volunteers, and supporters. The success of DPP’s work is rooted in the commitment of majority Black Detroit to organize and fight for the vision of an equitable and just Detroit.” — Linda Campbell, Senior Director, Detroit People’s Platform

At TSNE, we take immense pride in our collaborative partnership with these dynamic organizations. Their commitment to social justice and community empowerment resonates deeply with our mission of working towards a just and equitable society. As we extend our heartfelt congratulations to both Collective Power for Reproductive Justice and Detroit People’s Platform, we also reaffirm our ongoing support for their goals.

We partner with Collective Power for Reproductive Justice and Detroit People’s Platform through Fiscal Sponsorship, a partnership offering a comprehensive platform of shared services to mission-based organizations and to foundations seeking financial oversight for their program investments. We take a collaborative approach to fiscal sponsorship by offering professional financial management and administrative services, legal compliance, and access to a variety of consulting services, training, and leadership development programs.
