The mission of Adaptive Sports New England is to increase participation in sports among youth and young adults who have visual or mobility impairments. The organization collaborates with many adaptive-specific and mainstream sports programs, adding value through their focus on raising awareness, increasing participation, and building capacity so that more youth and young adults with visual or mobility disabilities can access sports closer to home.
Adaptive Sports New England collects and shares information about many activities in Greater Boston and across New England that welcome and support participants who have visual or mobility impairments. We also aim to facilitate more people playing more sports more often and closer to home.
