Ayanna Parris

Manager and Senior Director, Organizational Development

Ayanna Parris (she/her) is a seasoned nonprofit consultant with a passion for equity and justice. She joined TSNE as the Manager and Senior Director of Organizational Development in July 2024. She has over 15 years of experience leading change in Boston-area and national organizations. Her work draws from her experience in organizational development, community organizing, and transformative justice to help organizations drive social change sustainably, effectively, and aligned with their values. Ayanna lives in Dorchester with her two kids and two cats. She’s a gardener and amateur herbalist who loves community, dancing, and wandering in the woods.
