Edwith Théogène

Director, Policy and Advocacy

Throughout her career, Edwith has championed policy solutions that elevate marginalized voices and strengthen the nonprofit sector. As Director of Racial Equity and Justice Policy at the Center for American Progress, she built cross-sector coalitions and led policy strategy on educational equity, the racial wealth gap, and multiracial governance. Previously, she advanced reproductive rights legislation at the Center for Reproductive Rights and developed national organizing programs at the Feminist Majority Foundation, mobilizing networks of advocates and student leaders.

In her role at TSNE, Edwith will lead efforts to elevate the voice and influence of the nonprofit sector within state, regional, and national policy ecosystems, guiding advocacy strategy and strengthening partnerships that advance equity and justice.
