Samantha Roy

Samantha Roy

Consultant, Organizational Development

Samantha Roy brings nearly 10 years of experience working with nonprofits to build capacity and drive impact. Prior to joining TSNE, Samantha was an independent consultant working with both large and small organizations on a wide array of projects including organizational, leadership and board development, sustainability consulting, and change management. Before branching out on her own, Samantha was the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Parenting Journey where she led the organization’s design and implementation of a 3-year strategic plan. Samantha holds an MBA with a focus in Social Impact and Innovation from IE University in Madrid Spain, and a BA in Sociology/Anthropology from Roger Williams University.
