2019 Annual Conference
Featuring Our 60th Anniversary Kick Off
November 12 and 13 in Boston, Massachusetts

This two-day event is designed to inspire attendees to make the leap from aspiration to action and integrate practices into our organizations that advance our missions and help us reach our goals. 

As nonprofits, we aspire to achieve our missions and make the world a more just and democratic place. But often, tensions exist between having the capacity to focus on our vision, and providing the structure for our organizations to grow and thrive.

Aspire | Ascend | Achieve offered two days of interactive sessions and workshops focused on lifting up our organizations.

This year’s topics included:

  • Essential tools and frameworks on building a learning culture.
  • Becoming more agile and adaptive.
  • Developing leadership.
  • Embedding inclusion and equity in organizational systems and practices.
  • And more.

The conference also featured a Learning Session to gather information on the types of supports organizations need and an Unconference to capture insights and new ideas inspired by the conference topics.

Together, we will build effective, resilient, and equitable organizations with the capacity to achieve more.
