Fairmount Indigo CDC Collaborative

The Fairmount Indigo CDC Collaborative (FICC) is made up of three community development corporations (CDCs) — Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corporation, Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corporation, and Southwest Boston Community Development Corporation — who serve the Boston neighborhoods united by the Fairmount Commuter Rail Line: Dorchester, Roxbury, Mattapan and Hyde Park. Founded in 2004, FICC seeks to strengthen vibrant, sustainable neighborhoods throughout the Fairmount Corridor and has a strong track record of affordable housing development, small business support, workforce development, and community organizing around issues such as transit justice. FICC has more recently been focused on advancing climate justice and health equity through city- and state-level policy advocacy and community organizing efforts with local residents.
