Legal Affairs and Compliance

Matthew Mosner, General Counsel

Matthew Mosner

Matthew is an experienced attorney who has served as general counsel for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, most recently at Management Sciences for Health, Inc., a nonprofit based in Medford and Washington DC that helps to improve the delivery of health care services and delivery of critical medicines. In the 1990s he worked for the US Agency for International Development at the US Embassy in Moscow and in Washington, DC. He will oversee our legal department and help advise TSNE on all legal matters and represent its interests with donors, government agencies, fiscally sponsored organizations, vendors and other third parties. Working with our Board of Directors and with senior management, he will also help manage our compliance function.
