Providing Equity-Centered Front and Back Office Services

TSNE’s Shared Services program meets the challenges nonprofit organizations face head on by providing the administrative, financial, and organizational resources nonprofit organizations need to flourish.

TSNE’s Shared Services provides essential administrative and operational support to small and mid-sized nonprofits (that have their own 501(c)(3) status) in New England, especially BIPOC-led and BIPOC-serving organizations, enabling them to focus on their mission-driven work.

Stay tuned for updates on additional services offered and geographic expansion by signing up for the TSNE newsletter!

Financial Services

We provide financial services and strengthen the financial literacy of nonprofits so that they can focus on mission-driven impact.

We offer two main service tiers, both of which include Accounting and Bookkeeping. Payroll services require a higher fee tier.

HR Services

We provide Human Resources (HR) support using a transparent pricing model tied to each organization’s operating budget, staffing structure, and legal compliance thresholds.

We offer two main services: HR Essentials (Basic HR Operations) and HR Plus (Project-Based Services).

Who We Work With

Our work is dedicated to uplifting small and mid-sized nonprofits working towards a just and equitable world, especially BIPOC-led and-serving organizations in the New England area.

Services have fees set on a sliding scale based on organizational budget size, complexity of the work, and other considerations. Our team understands the infrastructure needs of small to mid-sized nonprofits and works to meet organizations where they are at.
