Property Services

Communities and organizations need customized support to achieve their missions. We contribute some of this support by providing the physical space needed for these communities and organizations to do their invaluable work. Our nonprofit work and event spaces are ADA compliant, well-maintained, and equipped with current technology. With conference rooms, offices, event space, and everything in between, we aim to provide affordable and accessible properties where nonprofit organizations can thrive.

The Link Building - TSNE

Two Office Spaces at the Link

Two offices are available for immediate sublease with a one-year license at the Link in Kendall Square. Both spaces are currently furnished and the tenant is willing to leave these items.

Tenancy at the Link includes access to a number of free meeting and phone rooms with a wide range of AV options, a wellness room, as well as a shared kitchen with beautiful views. For these particular offices, you will also have access to a dedicated kitchenette a short walk away. We provide wireless internet access as well as a maintained multifunction copier.

Option 1: Small Private Office (1 Person) for $750/Month

Option 2: Large Corner Private Office (4 People) for $1500/Month

Via the MBTA

Via the MBTA (Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority) subway system, known as the “T.” Kendall Square is easily accessible via the Red Line.

From Downtown Boston

Locate the nearest Red Line station. Stations like Park Street, Downtown Crossing, or South Station are common starting points.

Take the Red Line train heading towards Alewife until you reach the Kendall/MIT station. This station is right in the heart of Kendall Square.

The Kendall/MIT station is centrally located in the Kendall Square area and The Link is a short walk from the MBTA station.

One Office Space at

99 Bishop Allen Drive

One office is available for immediate lease on the Ground Floor of 99 Bishop Allen Drive.

This space is 393 square feet. Rent includes a 20% gross up factor and is $1,683.00 a month, plus a utility fee based on a proportionate share (3.1%) of usage. Starting in 2026, the tenant will also be assessed a proportional fee to cover the increase in operating expenses from the prior year. This space faces Bishop Allen Drive, receives steady natural light, and is across the hall from the first floor shared kitchenette.

Large Private Office for $1,683/Month

The lease for this space is up to three years and includes access to two shared conference rooms, three shared kitchenettes with seating, three shared phone booths or call rooms, a wellness room, small exterior sitting spaces, a mail room with locked mailbox for each organization, an IT rack in secured space that is external to your suite, a covered bike rack, and professional property management from an organization with a mission to support nonprofit capacity. Tenants also have the option to serve on the tenant advisory committee to help inform property management decisions.

Parking is not currently available for this suite, but the property is a short distance from the Central Square MBTA train station.
