Jessica Ding

Jessica Ding (she/her/hers) joins TSNE with a global background in education, consulting, recruiting, and organizational development. Her work spanned the public and private sectors, where she contributed to crafting actionable recommendations. During her past startup experience, she oversaw day-to-day operations and managed recruitment, training, and development. Jessica served as the representative for the college administration recruitment committee, advocating for BIPOC, international, first-gen, LGBTQ+, and underrepresented students when selecting the Dean of Students, Student Affairs Officer, and Health Counselor. Jessica has a B.A. in Psychology, with minors in Dance and Education, from Macalester College.
