Joe DeLuca

Lead Engineer, Nonprofit Center

As chief engineer of the NonProfit Center, Joe ensures delivery of high-performance services that combine dependable, energy-efficient, cost-effective operation with attentive and responsive client care. Joe brings over 23 years of diverse technical experience and proven management skills to his current post. During that time, he has built a significant body of expertise on a diverse array of building systems and equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, variable frequency drives and building automation systems. Overall, his management initiatives have significantly reduced outside vendor repair costs, while enabling the NPC to achieve Energy Star status.
