Dr. Kiara Butler (she/her) joins TSNE as Consultant in Organizational Development, where she partners with mission-driven organizations to strengthen leadership, strategy, and culture. A seasoned social entrepreneur and strategist, she brings over a decade of experience helping teams design sustainable structures and measurable impact.
Before joining TSNE, Kiara founded and led Diversity Talks, an award-winning organization that amplifies youth voice and advances racial equity in education. Under her leadership, the organization secured more than $5 million in general operating support, expanded to serve over 75 organizations nationwide, and grew its staff from 2 to 12 during the height of the pandemic.
Kiara is recognized for her ability to set strategic vision, build and restructure departments, design succession plans, and develop validated assessment and evaluation tools. She holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and is passionate about helping organizations turn equity into everyday practice.
